Phil Baldock has extensive spirits global experience, notably as President & CEO Asia Pacific, China, India & South America for Beam Suntory. During a 30-year career, he has held a range of CEO, senior management and marketing roles across 25 different countries in FMCG and alcohol categories. Phil has extensive experience managing multi-national and privately-owned companies in mature and emerging markets, and evaluating and restructuring businesses and business pathways.

In addition to his role as Non Executive Director, Phil will also provide additional advisory services to the Company to support the Board and executive team on strategy, process, analysis and business performance improvement.

Stephen Grove is Executive Chairman of the Grove Group of Companies which operates in the hire of relocatable buildings in the manufacturing and construction sector.

The Group also has businesses in the food & beverage sector, property development, motorsport and private investment. He founded the group in 1997 and owns 100% through related entities. Stephen brings considerable experience in the plant hire sector, together with general business, strategy and management expertise to the Board.

Stephen joined the TSI Board in July 2023.

Julian is a senior liquor industry expert more than 30 years’ experience in leadership roles in Australia, New Zealand and North America. He has deep financial capability, business leadership skills, capital markets experience, and a history of governance of small private companies through to listed Australian and US companies.

A Chartered Accountant, Julian started his career at Deloitte in New Zealand before moving to Lion  where he spent 15 years, holding senior CFO, Managing Director and CEO roles.

In July 2023, Julian was named Chairman of TSI.

Adem spent 7 years establishing Swisse Wellness before its sale to Biostime International for nearly $1.7 billion USD in 2015. Adem held senior positions of CFO, COO and MD at Swisse Wellness. Currently Adem chairs his investment vehicle ANGLKorp and also chairs the 2030 Greater Victoria Commonwealth Games Taskforce, the National Institute of Integrated Medicine (NIIM) and Hydralyte International.

Adem was appointed Non-Executive Director and Chairman to Top Shelf International in April 2018 and Executive Chairman in September 2020.

In July 2023, Adem stepped down as Executive Chairman.
